Grooming isn't just about the cut — it's about how a pet feels coming in and going out. I keep the space calm, take my time, and use products that actually smell good (not perfumey-overpowering).
Reactive pets are welcome here. I know how stressful it can be to drop off a dog who's nervous around clippers or strangers, and I've built my workflow around going slow when slow is what's needed.
Walk-ins are part of the plan too. If your pup just needs a bath and nail trim, no need for an appointment — just text and head over.
